Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik dan Waktu Paparan Layar dengan Kualitas Hidup Terkait Kesehatan pada Mahasiswa Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan
The Correlation of Physical Activity and Screen Time with Health-related Quality of Life in Health Sciences Students
Abstract
Perubahan sistem pembelajaran dari offline menjadi online akibat dari pandemi Covid-19 dapat menyebabkan penurunan aktivitas fisik serta peningkatan waktu paparan layar diantara mahasiswa yang dikaitkan dengan rendahnya kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan, dimana hal tersebut mencerminkan kesehatan fisik dan mental individu atau kelompok dalam periode tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dan waktu paparan layar dengan kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan pada mahasiswa rumpun ilmu kesehatan Universitas Hasanuddin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif dengan analitik kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 359 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan data primer menggunakan International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) untuk aktivitas fisik, Screen-time Questionnaire untuk waktu paparan layar, dan Short Form-36 (SF-36) untuk kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji hubungan dengan Spermans Rho Test, menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan diantara mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi antara aktivitas fisik dengan komponen kesehatan fisik dan mental masing-masing sebesar 0,288 dan 0,259 (p>0,05), dan terdapat hubungan yang berlawanan dengan tingkat keeratan yang sangat lemah antara waktu paparan layar dengan kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan dengan nilai signifikansi antara waktu paparan layar dengan komponen kesehatan fisik dan mental masing-masing sebesar 0,004 dan 0,001 (p<0,05).
