Efek Manajemen Fisioterapi Dengan Pemberian Intervensi Ultrasound,Stretching dan Exercise Dalam Meningkatkan Aktivitas Fungsional Tendinitis Bahu Pada Rotator Cuff
Effect of Physiotherapy Management by Providing Ultrasound,Stretching and Exercise Interventions In Increasing Functional Activities of Shoulder Tendinitis In The Rotator Cuff
Abstract
Tendinitis rotator cuff adalah peradangan yang terjadi pada otot rotator cuff yaitu M.supraspinatus, M.infraspinatus, M.teres minor dan M.subscapularis.kondisi ini sering terjadi bersamaan shoulder impigement atau dapat muncul karena terjadi cidera atau sebagai akibat dari aktivitas berlebihan.pravalensi tendinitis rotator cuff ditemukan sebanyak 4,5% pada pria dan 6,1% pada wanita.gangguan tendinitis rotator cuff sebagai salah satu penyebab nyeri bahu dan kecacatan yang mengakibatkan hilangnya kapasitas fungsional bahu bahkan, dapat terjadinya gangguan kelainan postural. Penelitian ini adalah quasie eksperimental dengan desain penelitian pre and post test without control group design,Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua penderita tendinitis rotator cuff di FIT Sport & Rehab Centre yang mendapatkan pelayanan fisioterapi berjumlah sebanyak 15 orang pasien. Berdasarkan uji paired sample test pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan perolehan nilai P = 0,000 (P<0.05) dengan nilai rerata 27.00±9.56 yang berarti terdapat hasil perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pemberian ultrasound,stretching dan exercise. Adanya peningkatan kapasitas fungsional bahu (SPADI) pada kondisi tendinitis otot rotator cuff dengan pemberian intervensi ultrasound,stretching dan exercise.hal ini terlihat dari nilai hasil perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah intervesi yang berarti intervensi perlakuan ultrasound,stretching dan exercise signifikan memiliki efek yang sangat baik dalam meningkatkan aktivitas fungsional bahu pada tendinitis otot rotator cuff.
