Perbedaan Aktivasi Otot Trunk Pada Pola Berjalan Menggunakan Sepatu Olahraga Dan Sepatu Kantor/Kondangan
The Different Trunk Muscle Activation During Walking Using Sport And Working Shoes
Abstract
Penggunaan jenis sepatu pada umumnya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan aktivitas, khususnya para wanita penggunaan sepatu dengan hak tinggi (high heels) cenderung menjadi pilihan saat menghadiri acara pesta, berubahnya posisi netral sendi ankle akan diikuti oleh perubahan posisi dari persendian diatasnya, hal ini menyebabkan perubahan kurva tulang belakang. Penelitian ini dilakukan perekaman aktivasi otot trunk erector spinae menggunakan surface electromyograph pada subjek saat melakukan aktivitas berjalan, guna mengetahui perbandingan aktivasi otot saat berjalan menggunakan sepatu olahraga dan sepatu kantor/kondangan. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa jurusan Fisioterapi Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, yang telah ditetapkan. Subjek pada penelitian ini di bagi menjadi 2 kelompok, Kelompok 1 melakukan aktivitas berjalan dengan sepatu olahraga dan Kelompok 2 berjalan dengan sepatu kantor/kondangan, pada kedua kelompok tersebut diberikan surface electromyograph pada otot trunk erector spinae selama aktivitas berjalan. rerata nilai aktivasi otot trunk erector spinae lebih besar saat subjek melakukan aktivitas berjalan menggunakan sepatu kantor/kondangan dibanding sepatu olahraga, dengan nilai kebermaknaan p< 0.05. Berjalan menggunakan sepatu kantor/kondangan lebih mengaktivasi otot trunk erector spinae sehingga menambahkan lordosis pada tulang belakang dan resiko nyeri punggung bawah.
