The Effect of Health Education on PKK Mothers' Knowledge of SADARI in Krayak
Abstract
Kanker payudara masih menduduki peringkat pertama penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas kanker di Indonesia. Deteksi dini kanker payudara dengan metode SADARI merupakan rekomendasi yang paling mudah, nyaman, aman dan murah. Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang SADARI sebagai deteksi dini kanker payudara pada ibu PKK Rw 02 Rt 04 Kelurahan Krapyak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pre eksperimental dengan one group pre- post test design. Responden berjumlah 15 orang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pertama diukur dengan menggunakan kuisioner pengetahuan, selanjutnya diberikan penyuluhan kemudian diukur lagi menggunakan kuisioner pengetahuan yang sama. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test (α=0,05) didapatkan Nilai proba bilitas = 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan nilai p < nilai α. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan edukasi kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu-ibu PKK Rw 02 Rt 04 Kelurahan Krapyak tentang SADARI sebagai deteksi dini kanker payudara.
