Implementasi Implementasi Persetujuan Tindakan Medis (Informed Consent) Pada Layanan Home Visit Fisioterapi Mandiri
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Dilihat dari aspek hukum layanan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh fisioterapi mandiri secara home visit ke pasien memerlukan persetujuan tindakan medik (informed consent) dari pasien atau keluarganya. Tujuan: Mengetahui implementasi informed consent sebagai tahap melindungi pasien terhadap layanan fisioterapi mandiri sebagai tindakan medis yang dilakukan tanpa sepengetahuan dari pasien. Metode: yuridis sosiologis yang merupakan hasil kesimpulan dari desain penelitian hukum yang melalui pendekatan secara sosial. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fisioterapi mandiri Semarang yang melakukan layanan home visit yang melakukan persetujuan tindakan medis (informed consent) terdapat 46,7%, yang terkadang melakukan persetujuan tindakan medik ada 13,3%, dan fisioterapi mandiri yang melakukan layanan home visit tanpa melakukan persetujuan tindakan medis (informed consent) terdapat 40%. Kesimpulan: Perlu di perhatikan implementasi persetujuan tindakan medis (informed consent) pada layanan home visit fisioterapi mandiri di Semarang kepada pasien, sebagai perlindungan hukum bagi tenaga kesehatan maupun pasiennya.
