Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kualitas Tidur Pasien Pascastroke Di Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Dadi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan
Relationship between Physical Activity and Sleep Quality of Poststroke Patients at Hospital
Abstract
Stroke adalah kondisi dimana fungsi otak terganggu akibat aliran oksigen dalam darah ke otak bermasalah. Dampak dari stroke ini dapat menyebabkan kecacatan dan kelemahan dalam fungsi motorik, yang berpengaruh pada kemampuan fungsional pasien setelah stroke terutama dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik. Pada pasien pascastroke sering dijumpai keluhan gangguan tidur yang merupakan salah satu komplikasi akibat stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pasien pascastroke di RSKD Dadi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien pascastroke rawat jalan di poli fisioterapi Stroke Center RSKD Dadi Provinsi Sulsel yang berjumlah 33 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner International Physical Activity Questionnare (IPAQ) untuk mengukur aktivitas fisik dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) untuk mengukur aktivitas fisik serta rekam medik pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 45,5% responden memiliki aktivitas fisik rendah sementara 54,5% responden memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk. Hasil analisa uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho diperoleh nilai signifikan (p) kedua variabel sebesar 0,016 (p< 0.05) dengan derajat hubungan (r) sebesar 0.418. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan kekuatan hubungan yang cukup dan searah antara aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien pascastroke di Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Dadi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
