Analisis Kepuasan Mahasiswa Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dalam Pembelajaran di Prodi Diploma Tiga Fisioterapi Universitas Widya Husada Semarang

Abstract
Riset ini bertujuan melihat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Widya Husada Semarang Prodi Diploam Tiga Fisioterapi, jumlah subjek 127 mahasiswa. Dalam riset ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen dalam pembelajaran. Dalam komponen tangible hasil analisis menunjukkan 22% sangat puas, 55% puas, 19% cukup puas, 3% kurang puas. puas, 1% tidak puas, indikator realibilty atau reliabilitas responden 23% sangat puas, 56% puas, 17% agak puas, 3% kurang puas, 1% tidak puas, responsiveness atau dayavtanggap 20% sangat puas, 53%4 puas; agak puas puas, 2% kurang puas dan 1% tidak puas, assurance atau jaminan 24% sangat puas, 48% puas, 24% cukup puas, 3% tidak puas, 1% tidak puas, empati atau empathy 23% responden menjawab sangat puas, 50% puas, 22 cukup puas, 4% kurang puas, 1% tidak puas.
