Perbedaan KEGEL Exercise Dan Bridging Exercise Terhadap Penurunan Inkontinensia Urin Pada Lansia
Effect KEGEL Exercise and Bridging Exercise for Incontinentia Urine Elderly
Abstract
Prevalensi incontinetia urin tahun 218 meningkat 30% sehingga membutuhkan penanganan yang optimal agar tidak mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas hidup pada Perempuan lansia. Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kegel exercise dan bridging exercise terhadap penurunan inkontinensia urin pada lansia Penelitian ini bersifat quasy eksperimental dengan pre test-post test design group. Sampel diambil secara random dari populasi di Panti Werdha Wisma Mulia terdiri dari 20 orang yang tiap 1 kelompok, terdapat 10 orang dengan intervensi kegel exercise dan intervensi bridging exercise. Kemudian inkontinensia urin diukur menggunakan kuesioner ICIQ-SF International Consulation Incontinence Questionnair Short Form. Hasil uji hipotesis I didapatkan nilai p<= 0,001 diartikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan intervensi kegel exercise terhadap inkontinensia urin Pada uji hipotesis II didapatkan hasil p<=0,001 diartikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan intervensi bridging exercise terhadap inkontinensia urin dan Hipotesis III dengan menunjukkan nilai p=0,652 diartikan tidak ada perbedaan antara intervensi kegel exercise dan bridging exercise terhadap penurunan inkontinensia urin Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara intervensi kegel exercise dan bridging exercise terhadap penurunan inkontinensia urine pada lansia di Panti Jompo Werdha Wisma Mulia.
