Abstract
Low back pain atau biasa disebut nyeri punggung bagian bawah, merupakan salah satu keluhan musculoskeletal yang sering dikeluhkan pada masyarakat, adapun nyeri tersebut seringkali mempengaruhi peroduktivitas kerja. Dalam menangani kasus low back pain, ada beberapa intervensi yang biasa digunakan, seperti core stability exercise dan transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. Core stability exercise merupakan Latihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan fungsiona, kontrol neuromuscular, dan daya tahan otot. Adapun transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan dalam menghilangkan rasa sakit dengan cara merangsang saraf melalui elektroda transcutaneously.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan tingat pengaruh pemberian core stability exercise dan Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien chronic low back pain. Metode Penelitian dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian literasi dengan pendekatan critical review. Penelitian meneliti beberapa penelitian tentang nyeri punggung bawah, dan direview menggunakan skala PEDro. Ada sebelas item yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi jurnal yang digunakan untuk pembahasan penelitian penurunan nyeri pasien chronic low back pain. Hasil Penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji critical review, jurnal terpakai termasuk dalam kriteria mencukupi dengan penilaian antara 6-8 per 10 pada skala PEDro. Terdapat 7 jurnal yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh penggunaan Core stability exercise dan TENS terhadap chronic low back pain.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini core stability exercise dan TENS dapat menurunkan nyeri pada chronic low back pain
