Perbedaan Tingkat Aktivitas Fisik Terhadap Keluhan Muskuloskeletal dan Kualitas Hidup Wanita Menopause
Differences In Physical Activity Levels On Musculoskeletal Disorder and Quality Of Life Of Menopause Women
Abstract
Semua wanita dalam hidupnya akan mengalami menopause. Menopause merupakan periode seorang wanita mengalami kejadian siklus menstruasi untuk terakhir kalinya. Menopause akan menyebabkan terjadinya menopausal symptoms yang berefek pada perubahan system tubuh serta aktivitas fisik seorang wanita. Perubahan system tubuh yang terjadi salah satunya system muskuloskeletal yang akan menyebabkan berbagai keluhan musculoskeletal seperti nyeri dan rasa tidak nyaman yang akan berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup seorang wanita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian obervasional analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah wanita berusia 45-55 tahun yang telah mengalami menopause dalam periode waktu 12 bulan.Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kusisioner Global Physical Activity Questionnaire untuk mengukur tingkat aktivitas fisik, Nordic Body Map untuk mengukur keluhan muskuloskeletal dan WHOQOL-BREF untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas hidup. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan perbedaan signifikan pada tingkat aktivitas fisik dan kualitas hidup dengan nilai p = 0,002 (p<0,005), namun tidak ditemukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan tingkat aktivitas fisik terhadap kualitas hidup pada wanita menopause, sedangkan tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang bermakna antara tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan keluhan muskuloseletal pada wanita menopause.
