Perbedaan Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Terhadap Fungsi Kognitif Pria Dewasa Di Badung
Abstract
Aktivitas fisik pada masa kini cenderung menurun pada saat fase remaja akhir dan dewasa awal berdampak pada penurunan kebugaran fisik. Kebugaran yang menurun cenderung terjadi pada individu yang tidak aktif dan menjalani pola hidup yang menetap. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi memilikifungsi kognitif yang buruk . Penelitian ini merupakan observasional analitik dengan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 pria dewasa usia 20-35 tahun di Desa Darmasaba, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. Instrument pengukuran tingkat kebugaran jasmani dengan Harvard step test dan fungsi kognitif dengan Stroop test . Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0.348 (p>0,05) pada uji Mann Whitney U Test. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak perbedaan yang siginifikan antara tingkat kebugaran jasmani dengan fungsi kognitif pada pria dewasa di Badung
