Abstract
Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) menjadi bentuk penyakit jantung yang paling umum, dimana kondisi ini disebabkan karena perubahan pembuluh darah arteri yang mensuplai jantung. Kondisi CAD juga digunakan untuk menggambarkan berbagai gangguan klinis, salah satunya yaitu Non-ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI). Salah satu cara yang dinilai efektif dalam pengobatan CAD yaitu dengan melakukan Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG). Fisioterapi sebagai bagian dari rehabilitasi jantung memiliki peran dalam penanganan pasien pre operasi serta post operasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran manajemen fisioterpai pre operasi CABG dengan kondisi CAD 3 VD NSTEMI. Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus yang diperoleh melalui autoanamnesis, alloanamnesis, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Pasien Perempuan usia 40 tahun melakukan tindakan fisioterapi. Hasil positif pada penurunan nyeri dada dan tingkat kecemasan. Laporan kasus ini menggambarkan presentasi klinis serta manajemen fisioterapi pre operasi dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi pasien seperti presentasi klinis pasien.
