Pengaruh Intervensi Fisioterapi pada Kondisi Post Operasi Rekonstruksi Ligamen Anterior Cruciatum dan Meniscus : Laporan Kasus
The Effect of Physiotherapy Intervention on Postoperative Conditions for Reconstruction of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Meniscus : Case Report
Abstract
Cedera pada ACL dan meniscus dapat mengganggu aktivitas gerak fungsional. Rekonstruksi Anterior Cruciate Ligament merupakan suatu tindakan operasi untuk menyambung kembali ligamen ACL penanganan operasi rekonstruksi pada ruptur ACL harus dilakukan untuk memperbaiki robekan serta mengembalikan stabilitas sendi lutut, selain hal tersebut meniscus tear terjadi karena gaya rotasi atau geser yang ditempatkan di sendi tibiofemoral. Penelitian ini menyajikan strategi penatalaksanaan fisioterapi untuk membantu mengurangi nyeri, meningkatkan lingkup gerak sendi dan kekuatan otot, mengatasi edema, mengatasi atrofi, mencegah adanya stiffness, dan meningkatkan aktivitas fungsional pada kondisi post op ACL dan meniscus tear. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada pasien dengan kondisi post-operasi ACL dan meniscus berupa nyeri, bengkak, kelemahan otot, keterbatasan gerak, dan gangguan aktivitas fungsional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo pada pasien pria berusia 29 tahun dengan kondisi post op ACL dan meniscus tear yang diberikan program intervensi seperti electro therapy, muscle release, strengthening exercise, stretching exercise, dan joint mobilisasi. Hasil evaluasi 3 kali fisioterapi terjadi perubahan pada aspek nyeri dan aktif ROM pada regio knee. Program fisioterapi yang diberikan bertujuan untuk menangani permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada kondisi post-operasi ACL dan meniscus dan mencegah potensial problem yang terjadi. Pada evaluasi didapatkan perbaikan klinis pasien.
