Core Stability Exercise Dapat Menurunkan Nyeri Punggung Bawah Dan Meningkatkan Daya Tahan Otot Lumbal Pada Pekerja Penjahit
Core Stability Affected To Decreasing Low Back Pain And Increase Lumbal Muscles Endurance On Tailor Worker
Abstract
Fast fashion atau kondisi permintaan pasar akan produksi pakaian yang sangat tinggi akan menimbulkan efek postitif dan negative bagi industri textile terutama pekerja penjahit. Beban kerja yang tinggi ditambah dengan posisi kerja duduk yang cenderung statis lebih dari 4 jam akan memperberat kerja otot punggung dalam menopang tubuh saat bekerja dan menimbulkan keluhan musculoskeletal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh core stability exercise dapat menurunkan nyeri punggu bawah dan meningkatkan daya tahan otot lumbal pada pekerja penjahit. Desain penelitian dengan one group pre-post test dengan alat ukur nyeri punggung bawah menggunakan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) dan daya tahan otot lumbal dengan The Biering Soresen Test of Static Muscular Endurance BSME. Jumlah sampel 20 orang yang didapat dengan random purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi, eksklusi dan drop out. Core Stability Exercise (CSE) diberikan sebanyak 12kali selama 4minggu. Hasil Uji Shapiro-wilk Test menunjukkan nilai p=0,001 pada kedua variable, Uji Wilxocon menunjukkan hasil pemberian CSE menurunkan nyeri punggung bawah dengan nilai p=0,001 dan meningkatkan daya tahan otot lumbal dengan nilai p=0,001. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Core Stability Exercise efektif menurunkan nyeri punggung bawah dan meningkatkan daya tahan otot lumbal pada penjahit.
