Manajemen Fisioterapi pada Rekonstruksi ACL: Laporan Kasus
Physiotherapy Management in ACL Reconstruction: A Case Report
Abstract
Cedera olahraga yang paling sering terjadi pada pemain sepak bola adalah cedera lutut terutama pada anterior atau posterior cruciate ligament (ACL/PCL). Cedera ACL tidak hanya menggangu kemampuan pemain untuk berpartisipasi dalam pertandingan, tetapi juga dapat berdampak serius pada karir mereka. Penatalaksanaan fisioterapi dalam penanganan pasca ACLR bertujuan untuk mengurangi nyeri dan bengkak, mencegah atrofi otot, meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan stabilitas lutut, serta memulihkan keyakinan pasien. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang manajemen fisioterapi dalam menangani gangguan gerak dan fungsi gerak pada kasus post-op ACLR Data primer diperoleh melalui anamnesis dan pemberian intervensi berdasarkan pada protocol rehabilitasi ACLR. Pasien laki-laki berusia 17 tahun telah melakukan operasi ACLR dan telah menyelesaikan beberapa sesi terapi, namun rentang gerak tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dan didapatkan bahwa terdapat athrofibrosis di sekitar patella sehingga diputuskan pasien melakukan debridement. Pasien kembali menjalani fisioterapi dua hari setelah debridement. Intervensi fisioterapi yang diberikan berfokus untuk mengontrol inflamasi, menguatkan otot, serta meningkatkan ROM. Setelah pemberian intervensi selama 27 sesi, terdapat peningkatan ROM dan massa otot yang signifikan dan pasien sudah mulai melakukan persiapan untuk fase return to sport.
