Manajemen Fisioterapi pada kasus Arthtrofibrosis Debridement dengan Riwayat Post-Rekonstruksi Ligamen Anterior Cruciatum pada Pemain Sepak Bola
Physiotherapy Management in Arthtrofibrosis Debridement case with Post-Reconstruction History of Anterior Cruciate Ligament in Soccer Player
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui upaya pemulihan pada pasien pasca re-operasi Arthrofibrosis riwayat rekonstruksi ACL dengan peningkatan kekuatan otot dan ROM. Metode: Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus, data primer diperoleh melalui autoanamnesis, alloanamnesis, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Pasien atas nama Tn. F berusia 25 tahun dengan diagnosis re-operative arthrofibrosis dengan riwayat rekonstruksi ACL diberikan penanganan fisioterapi seperti electrotherapy, patella mobilization dan exercise. Hasil evaluasi 3 kali fisioterapi terjadi perubahan pada aspek nyeri, peningkatan kekuatan otot pada tungkai. Setelah 3 kali pertemuan dan diberikan TENS, mobilisasi patella, dapat menurunkan nyeri dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot. Kesimpulan dari laporan kasus ini menunjukkan tanda dan gejala yang dapat mengindikasikan artrofibrosis lutut dan menekankan pentingnya pengenalan dini artrofibrosis setelah rekonstruksi ACL. Laporan kasus ini juga menjelaskan intervensi prosedural untuk pasien dengan artrofibrosis yang diberikan oleh fisioterapis.
