Manajemen Fisioterapi pada Post-Operative Ligamen Anterior Cruciatum dan Ligamen Anterolateral pada Pemain Motor Trail
Physiotherapy Management in Post-Operative Anterior Cruciate Ligaments and Anterolateral Ligaments in Dirt Bike Players
Abstract
Anterior Cruciate Ligament merupakan ligamen yang paling sering mengalami cedera. Risiko cedera ACL disertai ALL ini dapat meningkat karena adanya beberapa faktor baik dari luar (ekstrinsik) maupun dari dalam (intrinsik), juga faktor psikologis. Beberapa intervensi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai modalitas berupa electrotherapy maupun exercise. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui upaya pemulihan pada pasien pasca rekonstruksi ACL dan ALL dengan peningkatan ROM. Metode: Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus, data primer diperoleh melalui autoanamnesis, alloanamnesis, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Seorang pasien berusia 35 tahun dengan diagnosis post operative rekonstruksi ACL dan ALL diberikan penanganan fisioterapi seperti electrotherapy, infrared rays, ¸ neuromuscular electrical stimulation, patella mobilization. Setelah fisioterapi terjadi perubahan pada aspek nyeri, kekuatan otot pada m.quadriceps, dan oedem. Evaluasi 3 kali pertemuan tersebut menghasilkan adanya penurunan oedem, nyeri, dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot pasca operasi rekonstruksi ACL dan ALL.
