Manajemen Fisioterapi pada Post-Operative Anterior Cruciatum Ligament pada Atlet Sepak Bola: Case Report
Physiotherapy Management in Post-Operative Anterior Cruciate Ligament in Soccer Athlete: Case Report
Abstract
Aktivitas olahraga sering menyebabkan cedera pada ACL. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh adanya gerakan rotasi pada lutut biasanya dapat menyebabkan cedera pada ligamen khususnya ACL. Penelitian dengan metode case report ini menunjukkan bahwa fisioterapi memiliki peran penting untuk mengatasi masalah komplikasi yang terjadi pada pasien pasca cedera ACL khususnya untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan meningkatkan ROM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran manajemen fisioterapi pada kasus post operative rekonstruksi ACL yang dilakukan selama 4 kali pertemuan. Metode: Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus, data primer diperoleh melalui anamnesis dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Pasien atas nama Tn. U berusia 17 tahun dengan diagnosis post operative rekonstruksi ACL. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pertemuan ke-26 dan diberikan penanganan fisioterapi berupa NMES, ROM exercise, dan strengthening exercise untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan meningkatkan lingkup gerak sendi. Evaluasi dilakukan setelah 4 kali fisioterapi dan hasilnya terjadi peningkatan ROM dan peningkatan lingkar otot. Kesimpulan: Pemberian modalitas fisioterapi berupa NMES, ROM exercise, dan strengthening exercise efektif dalam meningkatkan ROM dan meningkatkan lingkar otot pada kondisi pasca rekonstruksi ACL.
