Manajemen Fisioterapi Pada Post-Operative Ligamen Anterior Cruciatum Pada Pemain Sepakbola
Physiotherapy Management in Post-Operative Anterior Cruciate Ligament in Soccer Athlete: Case Report
Abstract
Kerobekan ACL dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan lutut, yang dapat menyebabkan robekan meniscus lebih lanjut selain robekan yang terjadi saat ACL pecah. Dalam situasi rekonstruksi yang tertunda akibat robekan ACL, terdapat peningkatan risiko terjadinya cedera tulang rawan meniscus dan artikular berikutnya. selama masa pra-rekonstruksi ini karena ketidakstabilan fungsional yang terus-menerus Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran manajemen fisioterapi pada kasus post operative ACL Reconstruction. Metode: Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus, data primer diperoleh melalui autonamanesis dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Pasien atas nama Tn.I berusia 31 tahun dengan diagnosis post operative ACL Reconstruction dan Meniscus Repair diberikan penanganan fisioterapi berupa exercise. Hasil evaluasi sesaat fisioterapi menunjukkan terjadi perubahan pada aspek nyeri dan peningkatan ROM regio knee. Melalui laporan kasus ini, didapatkan gambaran penanganan rehabilitasi fisioterapi pada kasus pasca operatif dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat terkait tatalaksana fisioterapi pada cedera pasca olahraga dan petunjuk klinis terkait kondisi pasca operasi rekonstruksi ligamen.
