Pengaruh Latihan Trunk Menggunakkan Unstable Surface Terhadap Kemampuan Keseimbangan Duduk Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke
Trunk Exercise Effect On Unstable Surface Platform For Sitting Balance Ability Of Stroke Patient
Abstract
Pada tahun 2021 kasus stroke merupakan kasus tertinggi ke tiga setelah jantung dan kanker yaitu sebanyak 1.992.014 penderita yang terus semakin meningkat. Orang yang mengalami stroke maka masalah yang sering terjadi, salah satunya turunnya kemampuan keseimbangan duduk yang diakibatkan oleh perubahan pada sensori integrasi aspek dari motor control. untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian latihan trunk dengan unstable surface terhadap peningkatan kemampuan keseimbangan duduk pada penderita pasca stroke. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental one group pre and post test with control design yang dilakukan pada bulan November-December 2023. Perekrutan subjek dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling, subjek merupakan pasien stroke di RSUD Haji Surabaya yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Subjek berjumlah 30 orang dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Kelompok perlakuan berjumlah 15 orang yang diberi perlakuan terapi standart rumah sakit ditambah latihan trunk dengan unstable surface. Kelompok kontrol berjumlah 15 orang yang diberi terapi standart rumah sakit. Pengukuran kemampuan keseimbangan duduk menggunakan Trunk Impairment Scale Dynamic Sitting (TIS-DS) pada awal dan akhir perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, kelompok perlakuan diperoleh 0,000 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh. Pada kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai p=0,00 (p<0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh. Hasil uji hipotesis sesudah perlakuan kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan didapatkan hasil p=0,015 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada perbedaan pengaruh. Hasil uji selisih mean kelompok perlakuan lebih besar yaitu 2.93 daripada kelompok kontrol 1.53. pemberian latihan trunk dengan unstable surface terhadap peningkatan kemampuan keseimbangan duduk pada penderita stroke pada pasien RSUD Haji Surabaya
