Manajemen Fisioterapi pada Rehabilitasi Ruptur Parsial Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL): Laporan Kasus
Physiotherapy Management in Rehabilitation of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Partial Tear: A Case Report
Abstract
Robekan Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) adalah bentuk paling umum dari cedera olahraga yang dapat berdampak besar pada kinematika lutut. Menimbulkan keterbatasan dan gejala berupa nyeri, hilangnya stabilitas lutut, terbatasnya rentang gerak dan risiko cedera berulang. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek perawatan konservatif yang dipandu oleh fisioterapis terhadap pemulihan setelah robekan ACL parsial pada pasien remaja laki-laki berusia 19 tahun dengan keluhan nyeri, keterbatasan range of motion (ROM) lutut dan atrofi otot paha. Sebanyak 12 sesi fisioterapi selama 6 minggu diberikan berupa manajemen nyeri, latihan ROM, latihan penguatan otot, kontrol neuromuskular dan pelatihan fungsional. Hasilnya adalah penurunan intensitas nyeri, peningkatan ROM, dan peningkatan volume otot paha serta kembalinya kemampuan fungsional sebelumnya. Program rehabilitasi berupa intervensi fisioterapi selama 6 minggu efektif meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional dan mengatasi gangguan pasca robekan parsial ACL. Perawatan konservatif dapat diandalkan secepatnya berpartisipasi pada aktivitas sehari-hari, namun memerlukan penilaian lebih lanjut untuk kembali ke tingkat olahraga yang aktif.
