Perbedaan Pengaruh Antara Calf Stretching Exercise Dan Plantar Fascia Spesific Stretching Exercise Terhadap Aktivitas Fungsional Pada Penderita Plantar Fasciitis
The Difference Effect Between Calf Stretching Exercise And Plantar Fascia Specific Stretching Exercise On Functional Activities In Patients With Plantar Fasciitis
Abstract
Aktivitas fisik yang mendominasi keluhan nyeri tumit adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan pada posisi statis dalam waktu lama dan dilakukan berulang. Salah satu posisi statis adalah berdiri lama, posisi tersebut dapat meningkatkan resiko peradangan pada plantar fasciia yang disebut plantar fasciitis. Pekerjaan dengan durasi berdiri lama salah satunya perawat, ada beberapa faktor individu lainnya yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, indeks massa tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas calf strtetching exercise dan plantar fascia spesific stretching exercise terhadap aktivitas fungsional perawat, jenis penelitian yang dipakai quasi eksperimen, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini perawat yang berjumlah 40 orang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok intervensi, 20 orang kelompok calf stretching exercise dan 20 orang kelompok plantar fascia spesific stretching exercise diberikan 24 kali selama 4 minggu. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu FADI. Berdasarkan uji statistik didapatkan hasil tidak ada perbedaan efektivitas pemberian intervensi calf strtetching exercise dan plantar fascia spesific stretching exercise terhadap aktivitas fungsional. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini kedua intervensi sama-sama berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas fungsional perawat dengan nilai signifikasi sama yaitu 0.00 pada kedua kelompok.
