Perbedaan Pengaruh Abdominal Exercise Dan Swiss Ball Exercise Terhadap Penurunan Lingkar Perut Penderita Obesitas Sentral Pada Mahasiswi Kebidanan
Differences In The Effects Of Abdominal Exercise And Swiss Ball Exercise On Reducing Abdominal Circumferences In Central Obesity Patients For Midwifery Student
Abstract
Saat memasuki masa remaja, remaja putri sangat mengedepankan bentuk tubuh. Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan berat badan dan lingkar perut. Peningkatan lingkar perut disebabkan oleh kurangnya aktivitas fisik dan meningkatnya konsumsi makanan. Guna mengidentifikasi beda pengaruh abdominal exercise dan swiss ball exercise terhadap penurunan lingkar perut penderita obesitas sentral pada mahasiswi kebidanan. Quasy experimental pre and post test two group design, sejumlah 26 sampel menjadi 2 kelompok. Kelompok I perlakuan abdominal exercise dan kelompok II perlakuan swiss ball exercise. Studi dijalankan melalui 3 kali latihan perminggu, dengan periode 4 minggu. Uji hipotesis I dan II menerapkan Paired Sampel t-test menghasilkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05), mengandung arti bahwasanya kedua perlakuan memengaruhi penurunan lingkar perut penderita obesitas sentral pada mahasiswi kebidanan dalam masing - masing kelompok. Didapat nilai p=0,271 (p>0,05) pada output pengujian hipotesis III melalui Independent Sampel t-test, mengandung arti pengaruh abdominal exercise dan swiss ball exercise tidak berbeda terhadap penurunan lingkar perut penderita obesitas sentral pada mahasiswi kebidanan. Tidak ada beda pengaruh abdominal exercise dan swiss ball exercise terhadap penurunan lingkar perut penderita obesitas sentral pada mahasiswi kebidanan.
