PENGARUH TERAPI LATIHAN PADA POST TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT ET CAUSA NEGLECTED CLOSE FRACTURE NECK FEMUR
EXERCISE THERAPY EFFECT IN POST TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT ET CAUSA NEGLECTED CLOSE FRACTURE NECK FEMUR
Abstract
Latar Belakang : . Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2007 didapatkan sekitar 2.700 orang mengalami insiden fraktur, 56% penderita mengalami kecacatan fisik, 24% mengalami kematian, 15% mengalami kesembuhan dan 5% mengalami gangguan psikologis atau depresi terhadap adanya kejadian fraktur. Menurut data dari Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) 2010, kasus patah tulang mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun sejak 2007. pada 2007 ada 22.815 insiden patah tulang, pada 2008 menjadi 36.947, 2009 jadi 42.280 dan pada 2010 ada 43.003 kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 8 orang partisipan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2017 menggunakan metode pretest-posttest dengan quasi eksperiman.
Tujuan : untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi latihan pada kasus Post Total Hip Replacement et causa Neglected Fracture Neck Femur dalam menurunkan nyeri serta menjaga kekuatan Otot dan LGS, serta meningkatkan kemampuan Fungsional Aktifitas pasien
Hasil : Pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil berupa terjadi perubahan yaitu penurunan derajat nyeri yang signifikan antara sebelum dengan sesudah terapi ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) < 0,05, sedangkan untuk skor FADI terjadi perubahan yaitu peningkatan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional kaki yang signifikan antara sebelum dengan sesudah terapi ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) < 0,05.
Kesimpulan : Terapi Latihan dengan teknik Ankle Pumps, AAROM exercise, AROM exercise,
Muscle Setting, Core Exercise, serta transfer dan ambulasi pada kasus total hip replacement
efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri, dan peningkatan kemampuan fungsionalj aktifitas kaki
partisipan.
