Manajemen Fisioterapi Pada Post-Op Stabilisasi Posterior: Laporan Kasus
Physiotherapy Management In Post-Op Posterior Stabilsasion: A Case Report
Abstract
Fraktur burst terjadi akibat tekanan langsung pada corpus vertebralis, sehingga menyebabkan tulang hancur dan fragmen tulang berpotensi terdorong masuk ke dalam kanalis spinalis, umumnya disebabkan trauma dengan beban yang tinggi seperti jatuh dari ketinggian dan kecelakaan kendaraan bermotor. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen fisioterapi terhadap gangguan fungsi gerak dan aktivitas fungsional berupa nyeri, muscle weakness, limitasi activity daily living et causa post op stabilitas posterior. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Hasanuddin sejak 06 September – 12 Oktober 2024. Pasien yang diambil oleh peneliti merupakan pasien post-op stabilitas posterior yang bernama Tn. BI dengan usia 26 tahun yang merupakan seorang petani cengkeh. Pasien mengeluhkan nyeri tidak menjalar pada area post operasi, dan keram pada kedua kaki. Pasien dioperasi stabilitas posterior tanggal 2 september setelah terjatuh dari pohon cengkeh setinggi 10 meter. pasien diberikan intervensi fisioterapi untuk mengatasi nyeri, muscle weakness, hiposensasi L5 – S1, limitasi ROM, gangguan pola napas dan limitasi ADL. Assesment yang dilakukan adalah anamnesis pasien, inspeksi, pengukuran ROM, pengukuran nyeri (VAS), pengukuran MMT, tes sensorik dan circumferentia. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa NMES, Static contraction, Exercise Therapy, Core Strenghthening, ADL Exercise, Proprioseptif Exercise, Strengthening Exercise. Pasien juga diberikan home program agar dapat melakukan latihan mandiri di rumah.
