Physiotherapy Management in Post Debridement e.c. Post Burn Contracture + Release Contracture and STSG Close Reconstruction: A Case Report
Abstract
<p "style align:justify">Luka bakar merupakan penyebab kematian yang signifikan di seluruh dunia. Penyembuhan luka bakar yang tidak ditangani dengan tepat dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius salah satunya yakni kontraktur. Rehabilitasi fisioterapi dapat membantu dalam mengatasi efek yang ditimbulkan dari luka bakar serta komplikasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada kasus post debridement e.c. post burn contracture + release contracture dan rekonstruksi tutup Split-Thickness Skin Graft STSG terhadap nyeri, gatal, peningkatan ROM knee dan ankle, dan kekuatan otot. Metode penelitian studi kasus ini dilakukan pada seorang anak laki-laki berusia 10 tahun di RSUP Prof. Dr. I G.N.G. Ngoerah dengan keluhan utama berupa nyeri diam dan nyeri tekan, gatal, keterbatasan gerak, dan penurunan kekuatan otot ekstremitas bawah. Setelah menerima intervensi fisioterapi berupa modalitas, manual terapi, dan terapi latihan sebanyak 2 kali, terdapat hasil positif berupa penurunan intensitas nyeri diam, nyeri tekan, maupun gatal, memberikan efek terhadap integritas kulit khususnya tekstur, dan peningkatan ROM ankle dorsofleksi dextra sinistra. Kasus ini memberikan gambaran mengenai presentasi klinis dan penanganan fisioterapi pada kasus luka bakar.
