Pengaruh Pemberian Telerehabilitasi Exercise Terhadap Nyeri Leher Pada Penjahit
The Effect Of Telerehabilitation Exercise On Neck Pain In Tailors
Abstract
Nyeri leher menjadi masalah musculoskeletal yang sering dialami oleh penjahit akibat posisi kerja yang statis dan berulang. Telerehabilitasi berbasis aplikas berpotensi menjadi intervensi yang efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri, meskipun begitu penggunaanya masih terbatas dan belum banyak dieksplorasi secara luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh telerehabilitasi exercise terhadap nyeri leher, kemampuan fungsional leher serta tingkat kepatuhan dalam mengikuti program latihan pada penjahit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan pretest- posttest with control grup design. Kelompok intervensi menjalani program telerehabilitasi menggunakan aplikasi PhysiApp dan kelompok kontrol melakukan latihan langsung di konveksi. Visual Analog Scale (VAS) dan Neck Disability Indeks (NDI) digunakan untuk mengukur nyeri dan kemampuan fungsional leher. Sedangkan kepatuhan diukur berdasarkan jumlah sesi latihan yang di ikuti melalui aplikasi PhysiApp. Perubahan nilai nyeri dan kemampuan fungsional leher diantara dua kelompok dianalisis menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya penurunan nyeri yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p<0,05). Pada kelompok intervensi skor VAS menurun dari 0,620 menjadi 0,046. Sementara itu, skor NDI juga mengalami penurunan dari 0,283 menjadi 0,009 pada post test. Rata-rata kepatuhan responden dalam melakukan telerehabilitasi adalah 87,31%. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi telerehabilitasi efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri leher. Telerehabilitasi exercise menggunakan aplikasi PhysiApp efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri leher pada penjahit dengan tingkat kepatuhan yang cukup baik. Program ini dapat menjadi alternatif rehabilitasi yang mudah akses untuk pekerja dengan resiko nyeri akibat postur kerja statis.
