Rehabilitasi Fisioterapi Fase II pada Pasien Gagal Jantung Kongestif: Studi Kasus
Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Phase II in Patient Congestive Heart Failure: A Case Study
Abstract
CAD yaitu penyakit jantung yang terjadi akibat adanya penumpukan plak atherosclerosis didalam lumen arteri. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada aliran darah ke jantung dan memicu CHF. Kondisi tersebut dapat menyebabkan sesak nafas, nyeri dada saat beraktivita, kelelahan, menurunnya daya tahan fisik, disertai ketidakteraturan tanda-tanda vital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah program rehabilitasi secara teratur dengan dosis meningkat setiap harinya akan meningkatkan kapasitas aerobic serta kemampuan fisik pasien pasca PCI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode case study yang dilakukan secara langsung pada pada pasien Tn. S berusia 44 tahun dengan diagnosis “Congestive Heart Failure FC II ec CAD 3 VD ”. Hasil tanda-tanda vital yang stabil, serta meningkatnya kemampuan dan daya tahan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan melalui evaluasi menggunakan Six Minute Walking Test (6MWT) terdapat peningkatan jarak dan kapasitas aerobic, dengan penurunan Heart Rate Walking Speed Index (HRWSI) yang mengindikasikan perbaikan efisiensi pernapasan. Selain itu pasien juga dapat mempertahankan tingkat lelah menggunakan scala borg scale. Program rehabilitasi diberikan kepada pasien pasca PCI dengan diagnosis CHF FC II ec CAD 3 VD melalui rangkaian latihan yang mencakup pemanasan, inti, serta pendinginan selama 12 pertemuan menunjukkan hasil berupa kestabilan tanda-tanda vital, serta meningkatnya kemampuan dan daya tahan pasien. Terdapat peningkatan jarak, kapasitas aerobic, perbaikan efisiensi pernapasan dan pasien dapat mempertahankan tingkat lelah.
