Derajat Keparahan Mempengaruhi Active Range Of Motion (Arom) Flexi Pada Penderita Knee Osteoarthritis
Severity Affects Active Range Of Motion (Arom) Flexi In Patients With Knee Ostearthritis (Koa) At Bhina Bhakti Husada Hospital
Abstract
Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) merupakan salah satu bentuk penyakit sendi degeneratif yang umum terjadi pada kelompok usia lanjut. Keadaan ini ditandai oleh rasa nyeri pada sendi, terbatasnya pergerakan, serta penurunan fleksibilitas pada sendi lutut, yang dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap aktivitas fungsional sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami hubungan antara derajat keparahan KOA dengan kemampuan Active Range of Motion (AROM) flexi lutut pada pasien di RS Bhina Bhakti Husada. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik dan desain cross-sectional. Sebanyak 41 responden dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Derajat keparahan KOA diukur menggunakan kuesioner Indeks Lequesne, sedangkan AROM flexi lutut diukur menggunakan alat goniometer. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan keterkaitan yang signifikan antara tingkat keparahan KOA dengan derajat AROM flexi lutut secara aktif (p < 0.05), dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = -0.705. Korelasi negatif ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin besar tingkat keparahan KOA, maka semakin terbatas kemampuan AROM lutut pasien. Sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara derajat keparahan KOA dan keterbatasan AROM flexi lutut.
