Pengaruh Deep Breathing Dan Senam Bio Energy Power Terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Tidur Pada Pasien Stroke Di Yastroki Yogyakarta

Abstract
Stroke merupakan penyakit cerebrovaskular yang menyebabkan gangguan fungsi otak akibat terhambatnya suplai darah. Gangguan tidur yang sering menyertai pasien stroke merupakan kondisi neuropsikiatri yang muncul akibat kerusakan neurologis di area otak tertentu, termasuk lesi paska stroke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive random sampling dengan desain pre-test post-test one group. Populasi penelitian adalah anggota Yastroki Yogyakarta dengan 21 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji hipotesis Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pre-test, seluruh responden (n=21) mengalami gangguan tidur. Setelah intervensi berupa teknik pernapasan dalam (deep breathing) dan senam Bio Energy Power, pada post-test jumlah responden dengan kualitas tidur buruk berkurang menjadi 6 orang (29%), sedangkan 15 orang (71%) mengalami peningkatan kualitas tidur. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test menunjukkan nilai p=0,00 (<0,05), yang mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan intervensi terhadap peningkatan kualitas tidur pasien stroke di Yastroki Yogyakarta.
