Effects Of Yoga Exercise On Patients With Chronic Lower Back Pain: A Systematic Review Of Randomized Control Trial
Abstract
Low back pain merupakan permasalahan yang banyak terjadi pada kalangan masyarakat, hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyakarat sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dalam kehidupan. LBP menjadi permasalahan dengan tingkat prevalensi paling tinggi di kalangan pekerja, hal tersebut dapat dipengaruhi karena postur yang buruk, cidera, mengangkat beban berat serta faktor psikososial seperti stress dan cemas. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan sistematik uji coba kontrol acak dengan menggunakan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) dengan hasil penyaringan (n=9). Pengaruh Yoga dan Fisioterapi memiliki efek yang sama pada kasus chronic low back pain di bandingkan hanya edukasi dan pemberian buku ajar tentang penanganan chronic low back pain. Pada beberapa aspek penelitian memiliki hasil yang efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri seorang individu dimana sering dilakukan dengan NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) dan pengukuran kualitas hidup menggunakan Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire dan juga pengukuran tingkat stres menggunakan Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item Scale (GAD-7). Yoga efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, mengurangi tingkat depresi, stress dan anxiety.
