Lipid Profile (LDL) with Pain in Non Myogenic Chronic Low Back Pain: A systematic Review
Abstract
Chronic Low Back Pain (CLBP) Non-Myogenic merupakan salah satu penyebab utama disabilitas muskuloskeletal yang tidak disebabkan oleh kelainan struktur otot. Salah satu faktor yang berpotensi berperan dalam mekanisme nyeri ini adalah profil lipid, khususnya Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), yang memiliki hubungan erat dengan proses inflamasi sistemik dan gangguan metabolik. Review ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kadar LDL dengan intensitas nyeri pada pasien CLBP non-myogenik berdasarkan literatur terkini (2020–2025). Penelusuran dilakukan melalui database PubMed, MDPI, dan Frontiers dengan kata kunci 'LDL', 'chronic low back pain', dan 'non-myogenic'. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kadar LDL tinggi berhubungan dengan peningkatan marker inflamasi seperti CRP dan TNF-α yang dapat memengaruhi persepsi nyeri melalui mekanisme neuroinflamasi. Studi-studi juga menunjukkan hubungan antara dislipidemia dan gangguan vaskular lokal yang berkontribusi terhadap hipoksia jaringan paraspinal. Dengan demikian, LDL berpotensi menjadi biomarker tambahan dalam penilaian risiko dan prognosis nyeri CLBP non-myogenik.
