Implementation Of Home Exercise Program (Hep) On Pain And Physical Function In Knee Osteoarthritis (Oa) Conditions
Abstract
Osteoarthritis lutut masih menjadi bagian sendi tubuh manusia yang paling sering terkena dibandingkan sendi bagian tubuh lainnya, 3,1 juta kasus OA lutut untuk pria dan 4,6 juta kasus untuk wanita terdeteksi dari total 9,6 juta kasus OA di Indonesia. Penanganan OA lutut menggunakan metode farmakologi dan non-farmakologi, Home Exercise Program (HEP) merupakan salah satu metode non-farmakologi yang direkomendasikan untuk menangani Osteoarthritis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Penerapan Home Exercise Program (HEP) terhadap nyeri dan fungsi fisik pada kondisi Osteoarthritis (OA) Lutut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuasi-eksperimental one group pre-test dan post test pada Komunitas Ibu Balai Kelurahan di Kelurahan Tlogosari Wetan Kota Semarang dengan 20 jumlah responden. Pengukuran nyeri dan fungsi fisik menggunakan skala WOMAC. Analisa hasil statistik diperoleh nilai (p<0,05) dan terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata skor WOMAC dari sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Pernyataan tersebut menginterpretasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian Home Exercise Program pada penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan fungsi fisik pada kondisi OA lutut.
