Analysis of the Implementation of Physiotherapy Service Standards in Physiotherapy Students' Clinical Practice: An Empirical Juridical Study
Abstract
Praktik klinik merupakan bagian penting dalam pendidikan fisioterapi untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar profesi. Pelaksanaan praktik klinik perlu mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 65 Tahun 2015 tentang Standar Pelayanan Fisioterapi guna menjamin mutu pelayanan, keselamatan pasien, dan profesionalisme mahasiswa. Bertujuan menganalisis implementasi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan praktik klinik mahasiswa fisioterapi Universitas Widya Husada Semarang berdasarkan Permenkes RI Nomor 65 Tahun 2015. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode yuridis empiris. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa fisioterapi yang menjalani praktik klinik, dosen pembimbing, dan clinical educator. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa fisioterapi telah mengimplementasikan manajemen pelayanan kesehatan sesuai Standar Pelayanan Fisioterapi, meliputi asesmen, diagnosis fisioterapi, perencanaan intervensi, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi, dokumentasi, serta penerapan etika profesi dan keselamatan pasien selama praktik klinik. Implementasi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan praktik klinik mahasiswa fisioterapi Universitas Widya Husada Semarang telah sesuai dengan Permenkes RI Nomor 65 Tahun 2015 dan mendukung peningkatan kompetensi serta profesionalisme mahasiswa dalam pelayanan fisioterapi.
