Program Fisioterapi Pada Atlet Setelah Infeksi Covid-19 Dengan Cardiac Problem Untuk Dapat Kembali Ke Olahraga : Studi Literatur
Physiotherapy Program in Athlete after Covid-19 Infection with Cardiac Problem for Return to Sport: Literature Review
Abstract
Covid-19 merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Sars-CoV-2 yang menyerang sistem pernafasan. Virus ini ternyata juga dapat menyebabkan komplikasi seperti renal failure dan cardiac problem. Setelah infeksi Covid-19 seorang atlet sangat bersiko mengalami cardiac problem dikarenakan olahraga intensitas tinggi yang mereka lakukan dapat meningkatkan penyebaran virus menuju jantung, inflamasi, kematian sel, dan aritmia. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya memastikan kondisi jantung atlet dalam kondisi normal sebelum kembali melakukan aktifitas fisik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana Program fisioterapi pada Atlet yang memiliki Cardiac problem setelah infeksi Covid-19 untuk dapat kembali berolahraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Literature review dengan strategi pencarian PICO Framework. Dari hasil pencarian didapatkan 1664 jurnal yang kemudian disaring menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sehingga didapatkan 5 jurnal untuk dilakukan sintesis. Hasil dari studi ini meliputi program fisioterapi pada atlet yang mengalami cardiac problem setelah infeksi Covid-19 yaitu program dengan intensitas Low to moderate yang dilakukan selama 3 sampai 6 bulan. Kesimpulan studi ini yaitu Ketika Atlet terinfeksi Covid-19 dan mengalami cardiac problem maka Program fisioterapi yang direkomendasikan berupa latihan dengan intensitas low to moderate untuk membantu atlet tetap mempertahankan kondisi kapasitas fungsionalnya dan memberi waktu pada jantung untuk recovery sehingga atlet dapat kembali berolahraga lagi.
