Perbedaan Pengaruh Core Stability Exercise Dan William’s Flexion Exercise Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Penderita LBP Myogenic
Comparison Core Stability Exercise And William’s Flexion Exercise On Pain Relief In Patients With LBP Myogenic
Abstract
LBP myogenic disebabkan karena faktor internal dan eksternal. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan muscle inbalance. Muscle inbalance dapat menyebabkan pemendekan otot dan berakibat pada spasme otot disertai penurunan kekuatan otot yang menimbulkan nyeri LBP myogenic. Pemberian core stability exercise dan william’s flexion exercise mampu menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada LBP myogenic dengan mekanisme penguatan otot yang lemah dan rileksasi otot yang spasme. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental two group pre and post-test design, dilakukan pada bulan Oktober-November 2022. Subjek merupakan seluruh pasien dengan diagnosis dokter berupa LBP myogenic dan menjalani rawat jalan di poli fisioterapi RS UNS yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Subjek berjumlah 36 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Kelompok I berjumlah 18 orang diberi perlakuan berupa core stability exercise dan kelompok II berjumlah 18 orang diberi perlakuan berupa william’s flexion exercise. Masing-masing kelompok diberi perlakuan 12x selama 8 minggu. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah core stability exercise lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan william’s flexion exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri penderita LBP myogenic.
