Manajemen Fisioterapi pada Sindrom Obstruksi Pasca Tuberkulosis (SOPT): Laporan Kasus
Physiotherapy Management in Post Tuberculosis Obstructive Syndrome (PTOS): A Case Report
Abstract
Kondisi adanya obstruksi saluran napas atau Sindrom Obstruksi Pasca Tuberkulosis (SOPT). Pasien tuberkulosis dengan lesi paru minimal bisa menyebabkan kerusakan paru yang terjadi pada saluran pernapasan obstruktif dimana membuat komplikasi terjadi pada sebagian besar penderita tuberkulosis setelah pengobatan dengan gejala sisa paling sering gangguan paru yang bersifat obstruktif. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran manajemen fisioterapi pada kasus SOPT. Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus, data primer diperoleh melalui autoanamnesis, alloanamnesis, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Pasien pria usia 52 tahun melakukan tindakan fisioterapi dengan keluhan utama berupa sesak napas, batuk dan kecemasaan. Pasien mendapatkan intervensi fisioterapi dalam satu sesi per minggu selama dua minggu. Hasil positif pada penurunan sesak dan batuk juga kecemasaan. Laporan kasus ini menggambarkan presentasi klinis dan manajemen fisioterapi kasus SOPT dimana program fisioterapi yang bersifat individu dan mempentingkan keadaan klinis pasien.
