Manajemen Fisioterapi pada Post-Operative Ligamen Anterior Cruciatum pada Pemain Sepakbola
Physiotherapy Management in Post-Operative Anterior Cruciate Ligament in Soccer Player
Abstract
Pendahuluan : Ketidakstabilan pada sendi lutut biasanya disebabkan oleh adanya rupture pada ligamen di sendi lutut, salah satunya rupture Anterior Cruciatum Ligament (ACL). Tujuan: Memberikan gambaran manajemen fisioterapi pada kasus post operasi rekonstruksi ACL. Metode: Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus, data primer diperoleh melalui autoanamnesis, alloanamnesis, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Pasien atas nama Tn. R berusia 19 tahun dengan diagnosis post operative rekonstruksi ACL diberikan penanganan fisioterapi seperti electrotherapy, strengthening exercise, patella mobilization dan partial weight bearing. Hasil evaluasi 8 kali fisioterapi terjadi perubahan pada aspek nyeri dan peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi pada regio knee. Kesimpulan: Setelah 8 kali pertemuan dan diberikan electrotherapy seperti infrared rays¸ interferential current dan high volt serta beberapa exercise seperti quat set, strengthening exercise, aktif dan pasif ROM, mobilisasi patella, latihan partial weight bearing dapat menurunkan oedem, nyeri, meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan ROM pasien yang telah operasi rekonstruksi ACL.
