Pengaruh Neurodynamic Mobilization Terhadap Tingkat Penurunan Gejala Vaskularisasi Pada Pengrajin Kayu dengan Resiko Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome

Abstract
Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) adalah serangkaian gejala yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan alat kerja yang bergetar, sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan vaskuler, sensorineural, dan muskuloskeletal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian neurodynamic mobilization terhadap tingkat vaskuler penderita Pengrajin kayu Desa Dawung dengan potensi Hard Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS). Metode penelitian menggunakan pre eksperimental dengan one group pre-test post-test. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang yang diberikan intervensi neurodynamic mobilization dengan frekuensi latihan sebanyak 3 kali dalam seminggu selama 4 minggu atau sebulan, dengan 10 kali repetisi setiap teknik, dan istirahat selama 15 detik. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Stockholm Workshop Scale (SWS) dengan analisa data menggunakan uji Wilxocon Test. Hasil penelitian uji Wilxocon Test didapatkan hasil sig. 0,000 <0,05 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa H1 diterima, menandakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh neurodynamic mobilization terhadap tingkat gejala vaskularisasi penderita Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) pada pengrajin kayu di Desa Dawung. Kesimpulan dalam penetian ini terdapat pengaruh neurodynamic mobilization terhadap tingkat vaskularisasi penderita Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) pada pengrajin kayu di Desa Dawung.
