Hubungan Ergonomi Kerja Terhadap Musculosceletal Disorder Pada Petani Di Klaten
The Relationship of Work Ergonomics to Musculosceletal Disorder in Farmers at Klaten Regency
Abstract
Penerapan ergonomi dibidang pertanian memiliki tujuan untuk mencegah timbulnya keluhan dan penyakit akibat kerja pada petani. Salah satu penyakit yang ditimbulkan akibat kerja adalah musculoskeletal disorder seperti mengalami keluhan nyeri punggung dan leher. Faktor resiko terjadinya Muskuloskeletal Disorder antara lain: postur tubuh saat bekerja, beban kerja, durasi pekerjaan, paparan getaran, faktor individu dan psikososial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ergonomi kerja terhadap muskuloskeletal disorder pada petani di desa Sumber kecamatan Trucuk kabupaten Klaten. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan Nordic Muskuloskeletal Questionnaire. Analisa data menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho dengan α < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji korelasi dengan subjek penelitian petani didapatkan p value = 0,073 hal ini tidak sesuai dengan nilai rujukan p value < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara penerapan ergonomi dengan gangguan musculoskeletal disorder
